Refund Policy

We hope you absolutely adore your purchase! However, if for any reason you need to return it, please follow these simple steps:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@rosatierra.com and we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

UK and Europe returns:

Returns made within the UK will incur a charge of £9.99, which will be deducted from the refund once the items are returned.

International returns: 

Regrettably, we cannot cover the expenses associated with international returns. We recommend utilising https://uk.interparcel.com, which provides a pickup service at competitive rates, or you may opt for any courier of your preference.

Ensure proper labeling of your package as "British commercial returns" to prevent delays at customs. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred for items returned outside the UK.

For returns from outside the UK, kindly mark the package as 'commercial goods return' on all documentation to prevent customs delays.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and we will be able to process an exchange. If we do not hold stock for the new size we will inform you. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once the return is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
